Alliance Global Group Inc. 週一宣布，已同意以 335 億美元的價格將其旅遊部門 Travelers International Hotel Group Inc. 的一半股份出售給在香港上市的麗星郵輪有限公司。
兩家公司已達成最終協議，麗星郵輪將通過其全資子公司收購 Travellers 總計 50% 的股份。
